NRP Referral Program - All prospective tenants must include Referrer's full name and phone number on their applications, prior to sending it in. Payout to Referrer will be sent out via check or electronically after the date of prospective tenant's lease commencement; if and only when all prospective tenants have filled out separate applications, have had their applications approved, have signed a lease and have paid in full their security deposit and first months' rent. Referral Bonus is only payable once, to one Referrer per signed lease agreement. The Referrer is responsible for requesting payment from Niagara Rental Properties within 7 days after the lease commencement date, failure to do so will release Niagara Rental Properties from any and all obligation to payout the referral bonus. Prospective tenants who sign the lease do not qualify as a Referrer.
Two Year Lease Discount- To qualify, all tenants must sign a two-year lease. Tenants will receive a $25.00 credit each month against their monthly rent owed. Niagara Rental Properties, at their own discretion, may revoke the discount for certain months or in total, if tenants fail to uphold the terms within the lease agreement. Only applicable to new tenants.
Early Signing Discount - To qualify, all tenants must sign a lease and deliver security deposit and first months' rent prior to January 31st. Tenants will receive a $10.00 credit each month against their monthly rent owed. Niagara Rental Properties, at their own discretion, may revoke the discount for certain months or in total, if tenants fail to uphold the terms within the lease agreement. Only applicable to new tenants.
