Disclosure

Applications must be filled out individually, by each proposed applicant wishing to share residency in a particular property. Properties are shown to prospective tenants, once applications are approved, in the order of which filled out applications are received. Meaning, the earlier applications are turned in, the higher on the list applicants are to walk through the properties. This allows  for a greater opportunity to sign a lease and secure the property before other applicants. All information disclosed in the application are kept secure and confidential. Applications are non-binding and do NOT guarantee applicants the right to lease a property.
